Lander & Rogers tenancy fit-out with a Dynalite lighting control solution at 477 Collins St, Melbourne

The project was delivered successfully based on the following specification:

1) Dynalite Lighting Control System utilising the following:
• 4x 3-Channel DALI Ballast Controllers with approximately 500 DALI fittings across the level 15 tenancy fit-out.
• Integration with Somfy Blind Controllers.
• Integration with IT & Concierge Call Systems.
• Integration with AV System.

2) Lighting Control Methodology:

• All areas are covered by Dynalite PIR motion sensors.
• Large meeting rooms controlled by Dynalite Antumbra Display Panels with IT & Concierge Call functionality.
• Training Rooms controlled by Dynalite 7” Touchscreens with 3-way room joining functionality for both lighting and blind control.
